Label	Meaning
Proposed	Concept identified; not yet approved.
Under preparation	Technical, financial, legal or safeguard work is in progress.
Validated	Content or project information has been checked by the responsible authority.
Approved	Formal approval has been obtained; conditions may still apply.
In implementation	Approved activities are being executed.
Completed	Delivery is complete; results should be supported by evidence.
